Friends of Altoona Regional Health System

The Altoona Regional gift shops exist for the primary purpose of raising funds for Altoona Regional Health System. All proceeds are returned to the health system to benefit patients.

Generous donations from Friends of Altoona Regional Health System fund annual scholarships for medical study programs within the system, provide support for special medical programs, allow the pharmacy to assist with indigent patients, help purchase medical journals for the library, help purchase educational materials and assist with unbudgeted items for patients.
